- BOOKING
The booking of accommodation
services, all amendments and cancellations are valid only with the
written request or the requirement for amendment or cancellation of the
reservation, and with the written confirmation of these requirements by
hotels on the other side.
- CANCELATION
In case that the reservation
- is cancelled within a cancellation time, it is day before or at the day of the scheduled arrival (cancellation)
- or the guest will not come without prior cancellation of the reservation (non-show)
the hotel can charge cancellation fee that equals the amount of the
first night of the ordered accommodation. (see the rack rate price)
- GUARANTEE
The guarantee for the reservation can be in form of pre-payment, or the
credit card, which can be charged under conditions stated above.
Charging the cancellation fee is the subject of the acceptance of these
conditions by the client. This acceptance means sending the
identification data of the card for this reasons.
These credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRES

The agency gives discounts - gratuity according to season, number of persons, lenght of stay and especially

- for the guest with the longer period of the stay with us

- free parking etc.
